The Cheapest way for the water conservation

The Cheapest Way Of The Water Conservation In The Rivers/Sreams Beds

The cost of conseving the water in the dams is estimated around 50 paise a litre.
For the construction of the dams it takes average 10 years.
Displacement of the pepole is a major issue.

In the above sitiuation imidiate cost effective solution can be systimaticaly increase the depth & breadth of the waterways.
Withourt disturbing the structure around the flow create the ponds in to the rever stream/river bed. in the every k.m.
Clear the channel of the flow remove every obstacle wich is reducing the water storgae capacity in the bed.
All this efforts can store more water in the stream & river beds.
Even due this efforts water table around the river bed will increase .
The cost of the escalation, removing the obstacles & cleaning it is not much.                                    If it calculated in the terms of extra water storage it will come less than Rs.50 for 1,000 litres     of the water plus unidentified quantity available by way of the increasing the water table in the sarounding area. The cost of the conservation per litre comes to 5 paisa.Every rupee will conserve 20 litres of the water. The cheapest way of the water conservation without creating any displacement issues. The results & pay back will be with in max 100 days.
This effort has to be done between Jan To May every year.
